Basic first line service diagnosis,

 

Before reach to Quadrupleplay, always check the WIFI router, if all lights are green, that is power button, PON, LOS LED lights. If either PON or LOS are not showing, or they are red, reach to us immediately via our communication platforms, so that we can resolve your issue soonest.

  • Ensure your router is plugged in and switched on.
  • Restart your router by switching it off, waiting 30 seconds, and switching it back on.
  • Confirm that your account is active by logging in.
